Friends Reunited
Friends Reunited is a social commnity website to track down your old friends who parted a way back in school and colleges. The Friends Reunited site reunites people who were from same school and university, workplace, sports club or armed service. The idea behind Friends Reunited was invented back in July 1999 by a married couple Steve and Julie from, North London. Julie was curious about what her old school friends were up to. Are they well settled, or working somewhere and what place they living in? They are still married or divorced. So Steve got an idea and so the web site was born. It turned officially in July 2000.

The website claims 18 million registered users, which it believes equates to about half of all UK households with internet access. Friends Reunited got a features like themes for reunion with old friends, dating and even finding jobs. On Friends Reunited users can write down there present status, their where abouts and latest happening of their life. It becomes easy for other members of community to get all the latest updates of there friends. Users of Friends Reunited can also email but have to pay for subsciption.
