Mog
Mog is a social networking website for music lovers. MOG was launched by David Hyman, former CEO of Gracento and co-founder of Addicted to Noise in June 20, 2006 and its headquaters in Berkely CA. Mog provides an apportunity for music lovers who listen to music on computers to set up there personal pages and fill it up with the list of there favourite music. Mog also provide with option of connecting with people of similar interest. It is some what similar to Last.fm but it first uploads a listing of a user's digital music collection to their MOG page, then it keeps track of what music is played on the user's computer.

The features of Mog websites contans music focused blogging, dedicated pages for artists, albums and songs, tagging of music items, and direct links to iTunes for music purchases. Mog web site distributes a small application called MOG-O-MATIC that continuously updates the user's MOG site with the music currently playing on their computer. Since it launch Mog is featured in MTV.com, newsweek, rolling stone, reuters and many other media outlets.
